How to find your way around this knowledge base
This page works as a signpost. Every larger topic has its own subpage with a more detailed explanation, so you do not have to wade through long articles when you are looking for one specific thing. Just click on the area that interests you and you land straight on the answer.
The content here is informational. We describe how things usually work, but the current terms, service availability and exact parameters always apply as stated on the Dukat official site. If anything differs between our description and the official source, follow the official source.
If this is your first visit, we recommend starting with your account. Most questions from new players revolve around registration and the first login. Once your account is up and running, the other topics will make more sense, because you will already know where to look for each feature.
The sections follow on from one another, but you do not have to read them top to bottom. Feel free to jump straight to the topic you are dealing with and come back to the rest later. If an answer is not enough, at the end of each section you will find links to more focused subpages where the topic is covered in greater depth.
Question categories and where to go next
We have split the topics into five main areas. Each has its own entry page from which you can reach narrower subtopics. The table below shows what you will find in each area and where to continue.
| Area | What it covers | Where to continue |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Opening an account, login, password, settings | Registration |
| Casino | Game overview, slots, live, table games | Casino |
| Payments | Deposits, withdrawals, methods and transaction times | Deposits |
| Technology | Mobile, browser, performance, notifications | Mobile version |
| Safety | Account protection, limits, responsible gaming | Safety |
Each row is only a gateway. Inside each section you will find more detailed subpages that break down narrower topics, such as resetting your password, transaction times or setting limits. If you are not sure which area your question belongs to, start with the account, because that is where most beginner questions lead.
Account and login
An account is the foundation; without it you cannot reach anything else. That is why most questions land in this area, mainly from people who are just opening an account or logging in for the first time.
A new player usually deals with three things in sequence: how to complete registration, how account verification works and what to do when login fails. If login returns an error, check the tips on the Login problems page. A forgotten password can be restored on your own through a password reset, so you do not have to contact support straight away.
Once your account is up and running, it is worth going through the account settings too. That is where you edit your contact details, get an overview of your activity and set preferences that make playing easier. A few minutes at the start saves you searching later.
The casino and types of games
The game selection is split into several categories, each with a slightly different character. This section helps you understand how the individual types of games differ, so you can choose what suits you.
You will find the overview itself on the Casino page, which also includes the breakdown into categories. If slots appeal to you, start with the Slots section. Anyone who prefers the atmosphere of a live dealer will head to the Live casino. Classics such as roulette and blackjack belong to table games.
The games come from several studios, including the likes of Endorphina, Kajot and Play'n GO. Each studio has its own signature, a different graphic style and pace of play, so it is worth trying several titles and finding your favourites.
We describe how the individual genres play and what to pay attention to. The specific list of titles and their availability changes over time, so keep an eye on it directly in the game lobby.
Payments and transactions
Questions about money are among the most sensitive, and understandably so. In this area we explain how deposits and withdrawals usually work and what can affect the way they go.
The basics are deposits and withdrawals. You will find an overview of the available methods on the Payment methods page. If you want to know how long a transaction takes, see transaction times. When a payment gets stuck or does not go through, the Payment problems section will help.
The individual methods differ not only in speed but also in where they are available to you. That is why it pays to choose a method you use regularly and stick with it for both deposits and withdrawals. Consistency between deposit and withdrawal tends to be one of the factors that speed up processing.
The first withdrawal is usually tied to completed account verification. This is common practice that protects both the player and the operator, so it is worth having verification sorted out before your first withdrawal.
We do not list specific amounts, fees or deadlines here, because they vary by method and can change. Always check them at the transaction itself or on the official site.
Technical questions and devices
Not every question is about games or money. Some are purely technical, such as why something loads slowly or how playing works on a phone.
You can play comfortably on mobile as well as in a desktop browser. If something runs slowly, choppy graphics or long loading times have a solution in the Performance problems section. Setting up alerts and messages is covered on the Notifications page.
Most technical problems have a simple cause: an outdated browser, a weak connection or a full cache. Before anything else, try updating your browser and refreshing the page; that is often enough.
If you use a phone, make sure you have enough free space and a stable signal. When playing on mobile data, it is worth watching the quality of the connection, because signal drops are behind most complaints about interrupted loading. If the problem persists even after these steps, describe it to support as specifically as possible, including the device and browser you are using.
Safety and responsible gaming
A secure account and a healthy approach to playing go hand in hand. It pays to give this area attention before a problem appears, not only afterwards.
The basics of account protection are covered in the Safety section. If you want to keep your play under control, account limits and the principles of responsible gaming will help. Gambling is entertainment for adults aged 18 and over, not a way to earn money. Set your limits in advance and stick to them, even when the game is going well. It is just as useful to set the time you spend playing and to take breaks. If you feel that playing is no longer fun, reach for the tools designed to set a limit or take a break.
If you come across something that is not explained here, get in touch through contact or read about who we are and how we approach our content on the About us page. We are happy to point you in the right direction.
